Customers may return most new, unused firearms within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Firearms must be in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
2. Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

- RMA number must be clearly marked on the return package .
3. Condition Requirements
- Firearms must be in “as-delivered” condition—never fired, modified, or installed with aftermarket parts.
- Inspections will be conducted upon receipt; damaged or used items may be subject to rejection or restocking fees .
4. Restocking Fee

5. Shipping Guidelines
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.
- In cases of F1 error (wrong or defective item), F1 will provide a prepaid return label .
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return .
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an F1 error.
7. Exclusions & Final Sale Items
- Non-returnable items include:
- Custom builds or customized firearms
- Ammunition, magazines, holsters, lower receivers marked “Final Sale”
